If you are looking for a more luxurious minibus variant, we recommend the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which features separate seats with high comfort. It is a convenient and economical option for vacations, sports teams, or larger events where the whole group wants to travel together.

Rent a minibus with room for up to 9 people

When the whole group can travel together, the journey becomes both easier and more enjoyable. Instead of multiple cars, multiple drivers, and multiple stops, you can stay together throughout the entire trip.

Our models offer generous space for both passengers and luggage, making them a popular choice for family vacations, golf trips, ski trips, and other journeys with larger groups.

No special driver's license is required to rent our minibuses. All models can be driven with a standard B driver's license.

Accessories and terms

At MABI, you have the opportunity to customize your booking according to your group's needs. For example, you can add a child car seat or a booster seat before the trip.

Below you can find additional information that is useful to know when renting a minibus from us:

• Driver's license requirements: To drive our minibuses for up to nine people, including the driver, a valid B driver's license is sufficient.
• Age requirements: The driver must be at least 20 years old. Please note that certain vehicle models may have higher age requirements.
• Pets: Pets may be allowed at certain stations. Therefore, always check with the renting station regarding the specific rules for your booking. An allergy reconditioning is required before the next customer, which means cleaning fees may apply.
• One-way rentals: Minibusses are normally not available for one-way rentals to other locations. Please check with the renting station to see what options are possible.
• Payment and deposit: Prepayment must be made before or upon collection; an additional deposit will also be charged on top of the rental cost.
• Additional drivers: If more than one person will be driving, additional drivers must be approved and added to the rental agreement for a fee. The primary renter remains fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
• Driving abroad: Driving outside of Sweden requires written approval from the rental company and incurs an additional fee.
• Fuel: The minibus is rented out with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned unrefueled, both the fuel cost and a refueling fee will be charged.
• Cancellation and return: Cancellations are made directly to the renting station. It is free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges according to the agreement.
• Damages, fines, and fees: The renter is responsible for damages, parking fines, congestion charges, road tolls, and similar costs during the rental period.

Demand for larger vehicles is often high during school holidays, public holidays, and vacation periods. We therefore recommend that you book well in advance when renting a minibus.
